Description
The 4500 chainsaw piston kit provides the main components required to replace a worn or damaged piston in compatible generic Chinese 4500 chainsaws. It uses a 43mm piston and suits the common 45cc two-stroke engine configuration.
This new Winzor aftermarket replacement helps restore engine compression after piston or ring wear. However, generic chainsaw model numbers are not standardised. Therefore, always compare the dimensions and design of your original piston before ordering.

This product is a piston kit only and does not include the cylinder. It does not fit 5200 or 5800 chainsaws that use a larger 45mm piston.
Before ordering, measure the original piston across its widest point. Additionally, compare the piston pin size, piston height, ring positions and skirt design. Matching these details prevents compatibility problems between different generic chainsaw manufacturers.
Installation Guidance
Before installation, inspect the cylinder bore for scoring or excessive wear. A damaged cylinder can quickly damage the new piston and rings. Also, check the crankshaft for play and confirm that the connecting rod moves freely.
During assembly, lubricate the piston, rings and needle bearing with clean two-stroke oil. Position each ring correctly against its locating pin and install the piston in the same direction as the original part. Finally, follow the correct tightening procedure for your engine.
