Complete Winzor replacement assembly
The product includes:
- Clutch and drive-sprocket cover
- Front hand guard and brake lever
- Chain-brake band
- Chain-brake spring and operating mechanism

The cover protects the clutch and drive sprocket while supporting the guide bar. Meanwhile, the integrated brake band stops the clutch drum when the operator activates the chain brake. Replacing the complete unit provides a practical solution when the original cover cracks, the brake handle breaks or the internal mechanism becomes damaged.
Before installation, clean the clutch and sprocket area. In addition, inspect the clutch drum, drive sprocket and guide-bar mounting points for damage. Fit the assembly with the chain brake released and confirm that the brake handle moves correctly before starting the chainsaw.
Because the chain brake forms an essential part of the chainsaw’s safety system, check its operation after installation. The chain must rotate freely when the brake is disengaged and stop immediately when the brake engages.
