Description
The BC360 carburetor connector kit replaces a cracked, distorted or leaking intake connector on compatible Chinese brushcutters and strimmers. This component fits between the carburettor and the cylinder intake port, creating the sealed passage through which the engine receives its fuel-and-air mixture.
This new Winzor aftermarket kit includes the carburettor intake connector, matching sealing gaskets and mounting bolts. The carburettor itself is not included.
BC360 carburetor connector compatibility

The 36mm measurement refers to the cylinder bore, not the engine displacement. A typical 1E36F-2 engine has a 36 × 32mm bore and stroke, a displacement of approximately 32.6cc and a diaphragm-type carburettor. Why replace the intake connector?
The intake connector experiences constant heat and vibration while the engine operates. In addition, overtightened bolts or repeated carburettor removal can crack the connector or damage its sealing surfaces.
A damaged connector or gasket allows unmetered air to enter the engine. Consequently, the brushcutter can become difficult to start, idle unevenly, hesitate when accelerating or lose power under load. An intake air leak can also create an excessively lean fuel mixture, which increases engine temperature.
Installing a sound connector with new gaskets restores the sealed intake path between the carburettor and cylinder. The supplied bolts allow the assembly to be secured without reusing damaged or corroded fasteners.

Before installation, remove the old gasket material and clean the mating surfaces. Position the supplied gaskets correctly, align the connector and tighten the mounting bolts evenly. Excessive tightening can deform the connector and prevent it from sealing correctly.
Generic brushcutters often share similar model names while using different intake components. Therefore, compare the connector shape, bolt-hole spacing, intake opening and gasket arrangement with the removed part before ordering.
