Description

This Echo chainsaw carburetor is an aftermarket diaphragm-type replacement for compatible CS-370 and CS-400 chainsaws using the Walbro WT-985-style carburetor configuration.

It corresponds to Echo OEM reference A021001921, used on selected CS-400 chainsaws fitted with the WT-985 carburetor.

The carburetor controls the fuel and air mixture supplied to the engine, supporting reliable starting, stable idling and consistent throttle response.

Important Compatibility Information

Echo used several carburetor configurations during production of the CS-370 and CS-400 chainsaws.

Some CS-370 models were fitted with:

Earlier CS-400 models also used Walbro WT-820 under Echo reference A021001310.

These carburetors are not automatically interchangeable.

Before ordering, compare the original carburetor identification, machine serial-number range, choke lever, throttle linkage, mounting holes and fuel inlet arrangement.

Signs of Carburetor Problems

A worn or damaged carburetor can cause:
