Description
This BC360 piston kit is a new Winzor replacement for compatible 33cc two-stroke brushcutters and strimmers. It features a 36mm piston and 9mm piston pin, providing the internal components required to replace a worn or damaged piston assembly.
A damaged piston or worn piston rings can reduce compression, make the engine difficult to start and cause poor performance under load. Replacing the piston assembly restores the seal between the piston and cylinder when the existing 36mm cylinder remains suitable for reuse.

Check Before Installation
Compare the new part with the original piston before dismantling the engine completely. Check:

- 9mm piston-pin diameter
- Piston height and crown shape
- Number and position of ring grooves
- Circlip-groove design
- Intake and exhaust orientation
Lubricate the piston, rings, pin and cylinder wall with two-stroke oil during assembly. Additionally, ensure that both circlips seat fully in their grooves before fitting the cylinder.
