Description
This 51 mm Nikasil cylinder and piston kit is an aftermarket top-end replacement for the Husqvarna K750 petrol power cutter and compatible early K760 cylinder configurations.
It replaces the K750 cylinder assembly identified by Husqvarna OEM reference 506386171 (506 38 61-71). The related replacement-cylinder family also includes 520757302 (520 75 73-02).
The cylinder features a Nikasil-plated bore designed to provide a durable running surface for the piston under the demanding operating conditions of a petrol cut-off saw.

Important Compatibility Information
Husqvarna K760 and later K770 power cutters have used different cylinder and intake arrangements during production.
A 51 mm bore alone does not establish interchangeability. Compare the intake connection, transfer-port layout, mounting points, exhaust connection and decompression-valve arrangement.
The original Husqvarna cylinder assembly contains additional service components. Only the parts listed above are supplied with this aftermarket kit.
Installation Recommendations
Before replacing a damaged cylinder, inspect the crankshaft bearings, connecting rod, crankcase seals and fuel delivery system.
Clean all mating surfaces and remove debris from the previous piston or cylinder. Lubricate the piston, rings and cylinder bore with suitable two-stroke oil during assembly.
Install the piston rings and retaining clips correctly and use the appropriate cylinder-base sealing method.
After installation, perform a crankcase pressure and vacuum test, check the fuel mixture and verify proper cooling airflow.
