Before installing the H169 cylinder kit, inspect the crankshaft bearings, connecting rod, intake connection, carburettor and air filter. Also clean the cooling fins and check the fuel mixture. An intake leak or lean carburettor setting can quickly damage the new cylinder group.

During assembly, apply clean two-stroke oil to the piston, rings, bearing and cylinder wall. Afterwards, turn the crankshaft by hand to confirm free movement. Finally, check compression and carburettor adjustment before using the machine under full load.
