Description
This Oleo-Mac GS35 clutch drum is a complete aftermarket replacement with an integrated six-tooth spur sprocket. The assembly also includes the needle bearing, allowing both worn components to be replaced during the same repair.
The clutch drum receives power from the centrifugal clutch and transfers it to the saw chain. Replace it when the sprocket teeth develop deep grooves, the drum becomes distorted or the bearing develops excessive movement. Common symptoms include uneven chain movement, increased vibration, rattling and accelerated wear of the chain or guide bar.

The drum includes a slot that engages with the chain-oil pump drive mechanism. Therefore, confirm that the slot matches the original part. Washers, retaining clips and other mounting components are not included unless they appear in the product photographs.
Before installation, clean the crankshaft and inspect the clutch, oil-pump drive and surrounding components. Lightly lubricate the needle bearing with suitable grease, but keep grease away from the clutch’s friction surfaces. Finally, confirm that the drum rotates freely before refitting the guide bar and chain.
