This Stihl MS180 crankshaft kit provides the principal components required to replace a worn or damaged crankshaft assembly. It fits selected Stihl 018, MS170, MS180, MS191 and MS191T chainsaws and replaces OEM reference 1132 030 0402 / 11320300402.
The kit contains the crankshaft assembly, bearings, oil seals and engine sealant needed during crankcase reassembly. It is a new Winzor aftermarket replacement, not a genuine Stihl part.

This crankshaft uses the 10mm piston-pin configuration. It does not fit early Stihl 018 versions equipped with an 8mm piston pin. Check the original part number and piston-pin diameter before ordering.

Installation requires complete engine disassembly. First, clean the crankcase mating surfaces and remove all traces of old sealant. Next, install the bearings and oil seals squarely and in the correct orientation. Apply a thin, continuous layer of the supplied sealant before joining the crankcase sections.
After assembly, confirm that the crankshaft rotates freely without binding. Also inspect the piston, cylinder and connecting-rod small end before returning the chainsaw to service.
